When helia unveiled a provocative new brand proposition entitled ‘No Broken Promises", based on the insight that customers are tired of brands overpromising and underdelivering, we also launched a new brand to express the new positioning.

In a sea of customer agencies that talk a lot about data, audience segmentation and ROI, we wanted our brand to speak to the real world and positive impact Helia's work has on the lives of our our clients' customers. From helping you buy your first house, to making sure you get the most out of your holiday. Developing customer experiences that foster loyalty and engagement ultimately build brand love.
